About the Studio

Abdulaziz Alkholief Architects (A.K.A) is an architecture firm based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The firm delivers comprehensive design services with passion to a broad range of local and regional clients. Our Saudi team provides architectural design solutions supported by interior design, landscape design, public art, parametric design, and algorithmic design. A.K.A has completed a diverse range of projects, including residential buildings, administrative facilities, offices, cultural venues, sports buildings, and commercial projects.

The studio began with a clear vision to deliver contemporary Saudi architecture in dialogue with its local identity, gradually expanding to cultural, government, commercial and residential projects across the Kingdom — building experience in project management from early feasibility through delivery and construction supervision.

Abdulaziz Alkholief

Founder & CEO

Holds a Master's degree in Architecture, specializing in Computational and Parametric Design, from IAAC, and a Bachelor's degree from Qassim University. He has received numerous awards in architecture and design, and brings extensive experience in creative design direction and the integration of the engineering process. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Mohammed Alsaeed

Mohammed Alsaeed

Architect – Site Supervisor

Holds a Master's degree in Building Technology and Construction Management, specializing in worker safety on construction sites, from Qassim University, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the same university. He has extensive experience applying the Saudi Building Code on construction sites and providing on-site technical supervision for projects. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

HR Operations Manager

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. She brings five years of experience developing workforce strategies, improving the work environment, and delivering practical solutions with sustainable impact. She has contributed to supporting organizational goals and strengthening human capital development at Abdulaziz Alkholief Architects, advancing both efficiency and institutional sustainability.

Eric Alipio

Senior Architect

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. He has experience in architectural design and technical drafting, and specializes in reviewing and auditing engineering drawings against approved technical standards. He contributes to improving drawing quality and ensuring compliance with execution requirements. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Abdullah Alzamel

Abdullah Alzamel

Architect – Site Supervisor

Holds a Bachelor's degree from Qassim University, and brings distinguished experience in creative design direction and the integration of the engineering process across disciplines. He has a strong ability to coordinate design and execution phases, ensuring output quality and realizing the architectural vision of projects, while working to accredited professional standards. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Wahib Faisal

Graphic Designer

Holds a diploma in Graphic Design. He has extensive experience in infographic and motion graphics design, alongside professional skills in illustration and 3D model-building using computer software. He contributes to producing creative visual content that supports project branding and professional presentation.

Haitham Alghazi

Haitham Alghazi

Architectural Designer

An expert in architectural visualization and a professional architectural illustrator, specializing in building 3D models using advanced computer software. He has experience turning plans into high-quality, realistic visual presentations. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Graphic Designer

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, with extensive experience in infographic and motion graphics design. She contributes to producing creative visual content that reflects the studio's visual identity and enhances professional project presentation, and excels at turning ideas into compelling designs that support marketing messaging and keep pace with the latest creative approaches.

Architectural Draftsman

An architectural and MEP draftsman specializing in technical drawing and preparing execution drawings, with expertise in producing highly accurate quantity take-off schedules. He contributes to coordinating work across disciplines and ensuring drawings are execution-ready. He is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Naser Younis

Naser Younis

Architect – Site Supervisor

An expert in construction sites and execution, with extensive experience in day-to-day coordination with the executing contractor, managing field execution work, handling interim and final handover procedures, and preparing accurate periodic engineering reports. He also brings strong experience preparing quantity take-off schedules and supporting execution teams to ensure work quality and project progress according to approved plans.

We approach every project as a new architectural question rather than a ready-made answer — beginning with a study of site, climate, and end user, then developing the design idea gradually until it matures into a complete project balancing visual boldness, functional efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
