A private residence in Unaizah centered on a shaded outdoor court with a long stone bench and timber decking, onto which the main living room opens through full-height sliding glass doors.

Concept

The concept revives the idea of a 'third place' — neither fully indoors nor fully outdoors — as an intermediate court where the family's daily life extends between house and garden.

Design Approach

Local planting and trees around the court's perimeter provide natural shade, while calm interior materials — stone, timber, and light upholstery — maintain a high degree of visual comfort.
